What is SLS?

SLS stands for "Software Libre para Sanidad", the Spanish translation of "Free Healthcare Software". The goal of this page is to provide a listing of free tools (full programs or APIs) available for those interested in developing or providing solutions in the healthcare field.

What does FREE mean?

When we refer to Free software, we mean software that provides sources under some kind of open source license. We are not interested in listing here software available at no cost / free of charge, but only software that can be adapted, modified or maintained by the users.
