EzDICOM

ezDICOM [1] is a medical viewer for MRI, CT and ultrasound images. It can read images from Analyze, DICOM, GE Genesis, Interfile, Siemens Magnetom, Siemens Somatom and NEMA formats. It also includes tools for converting medical images from proprietary format.
Despite the ease of use, ezDICOM has a number of powerful features. For example, you can set the brightness and contrast of an image with great precision. You can also animate images that have multiple slices (e.g. see a heart beating over time or see different depths into the brain).
The ezDICOM software is released under the BSD open source license.
